Vanilla Swiss roll with Nutella filling.

Vanilla Swiss roll

Ingredients :
4 eggs
4.5 ounce caster sugar 
2 tbsp warm water
1 tsp Vanilla essence 
4.5 ounce all purpose flour 



Method: 
Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
Line and prep a Swiss roll pan. In a bowl whisk eggs and sugar roll light and fluffy, add water and vanilla extract. Soft in the flour and fold in lightly. Pour onto the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes. 
Once baked take it out of the oven. Take a nice big tea towel and sprinkle some icing sugar on it. Invert the bake cake over the sugar part of the tea towel. Once the cake comes out remove the baking paper on the cake. Roll the tea towel with the cake and keep it to cool. Once cooled roll open the towel slowly so that the cake doesn’t break. Apply a nice thick layer of Nutella. Roll the cake again without the tea towel. Place the roll on a tray and sprinkle icing sugar on it in any pattern.
